Air compressor parts and consumables.

Separator elements, filters, lubricants, belts, and complete service kits for stationary compressors, plus consumables and rebuild parts for portable equipment and pneumatic tools. We work from Chicago Pneumatic's aftermarket parts book, which is where our coverage is deepest, and we source across most other major brands. Send us a data plate and we will identify the part.

Getting the Right Part

Send us the data plate.

Most wrong parts get shipped because someone ordered against a model number alone. Manufacturers change part numbers mid production run, so the serial is what pins it down. Works the same for a compressor, a towable unit, or a handheld tool.

  1. 1 Send the data plate Make, model, and serial number off the machine. A photo of the plate is faster than typing it out, and a photo of the old part helps where a plate is unreadable.
  2. 2 We identify and price it We confirm the current number against the serial and check whether it has been superseded. Where OEM and aftermarket both exist you get both prices and our read on which one fits.
  3. 3 Ship it or fit it Parts ship to your facility, or our technicians install them on a scheduled visit. On a maintenance program there is nothing to order.
Consumables and Wear Parts

Air Compressor Parts We Supply

Everything a rotary screw, reciprocating, or oil-free compressor consumes on a maintenance interval, the wear parts that fail between them, and the air treatment downstream. Chicago Pneumatic is where our coverage is deepest. For everything else we source to the part number on your data plate, including machines we did not sell. Looking for a replacement machine rather than a part? See compressors, dryers, and air treatment.

Separator elements

Air and oil separators for rotary screw units. A blinded element drives discharge pressure and oil carryover up.

Air and oil filters

Inlet air filters and oil filters, matched to the machine rather than to a physical dimension.

Coalescing and carbon elements

Downstream filtration across six grades, sized to flow and to the oil carryover your process tolerates.

Compressor lubricants

Synthetic and mineral fluids including food grade. Matched to the manufacturer specification, not to viscosity alone.

Belts and drive components

Drive belts, tensioners, and couplings. Belt numbers supersede more often than any other consumable.

Valve and overhaul kits

Inlet, minimum pressure, and thermostatic valve kits, plus reciprocating valve plates and ring sets.

Dryer service parts

Desiccant charges and refrigerated dryer service parts. Air treatment fails quietly while the compressor keeps running.

Oil/water separator media

Replacement media matched to the lubricant your compressor runs. The wrong chemistry passes oil to drain.

Condensate drains and parts

Electronic and timed drain replacements, service kits, valve cartridges, and strainers.

For In-House Maintenance Teams

Scheduled Parts Program

If your maintenance team does its own compressor work, we can supply against your schedule instead of against your emergencies. We plan the elements, filters, lubricant, and belts to your running hour intervals so the parts are on the shelf before the interval comes due. You keep the work in house, and you stop paying expedite freight on a part you knew you would need. Call (844) 310-8665 or use the form below to set one up.

Kits to the interval

Packaged to the running hour interval the machine is due for, at 2,000, 4,000, 8,000, and 12,000 hours. One order covers the visit.

Wear parts between intervals

Separator elements, belts, and valve components do not always wait for the next scheduled service. We plan those against run hours too.

Staged to your schedule

Parts sit on your shelf before the interval comes due rather than getting ordered after a failure, so a planned job never waits on freight.

Beyond the Compressor Room

Parts for Portable Equipment and Pneumatic Tools

We carry three Chicago Pneumatic lines and we supply parts for all three. Same process either way: send what is stamped on the machine and we identify the part against the serial. See the towable diesel compressor range or the industrial air tool range if you are looking for the machine rather than the part.

Portable and construction

Filters, elements, belts, and fluid for towable diesel compressors, plus service parts for mobile generators and light towers.

Breaker and hammer steel

Moil points, chisels, and retainers for paving breakers and chipping hammers, plus the rebuild kits, springs, and seals those tools consume.

Industrial air tools

Vanes, seal and o-ring kits, and tune-up kits for impact wrenches, grinders, drills, and assembly tools.

Including Machines We Did Not Sell

Brands We Supply Parts For

Our deepest coverage is Chicago Pneumatic, where we work from the factory aftermarket parts book. Service kits are packaged to the running hour interval the machine is actually due for, at 2,000, 4,000, 8,000, and 12,000 hours, so you order against the interval rather than against a list of loose part numbers. Kits are usually cheaper than the same parts bought line by line and they make sure nothing is missed at a scheduled visit.

Compressors: Atlas Copco, Ingersoll Rand, Kaeser, Quincy, Sullair, Gardner Denver, CompAir, and Champion, OEM or quality aftermarket.

Separators and air treatment: media cross-referenced for Atlas Copco, Ingersoll Rand, Kaeser, Beko, Hankison, and Zander separators.

FAQ

Common Questions

  • Do you sell parts for compressor brands you are not authorized on?

Yes, and it is a large part of what we do. Our deepest parts coverage is Chicago Pneumatic, where we work from the factory aftermarket parts book, but we regularly source separator elements, air and oil filters, lubricants, belts, and valve kits for Atlas Copco, Ingersoll Rand, Kaeser, Quincy, Sullair, Gardner Denver, CompAir, and Champion equipment, OEM or quality aftermarket.

  • What information do you need to identify a part?

The make, model, and serial number from the compressor data plate, plus a photo of the old part if you have one. Serial number matters because manufacturers change part numbers mid production run, and the model alone will sometimes return the wrong element.

  • Do you supply OEM parts or aftermarket parts?

Both, and we will tell you which is which and what the price difference is. OEM is the right call where warranty compliance is on the line. Quality aftermarket is often the better value on filters and lubricants for equipment out of warranty.

  • Do I have to buy a complete service kit?

No. Kits are usually cheaper than the same parts bought individually and they make sure nothing is missed at a service interval, but we sell individual elements, filters, belts, and valve kits on their own.

  • Do you supply parts for pneumatic tools and breakers, or only compressors?

Both. Compressor consumables are the bulk of what moves, but we also supply vanes, seal kits, and tune-up kits for industrial air tools, and moil points, chisels, retainers, and rebuild kits for paving breakers and chipping hammers. Send the tool model number and we identify the part the same way we would for a compressor.

  • Can you supply media for an oil/water separator we did not buy from you?

Yes. Replacement media is cross-referenced by separator model, so we can supply for Atlas Copco, Ingersoll Rand, Kaeser, Beko, Hankison, Zander, and most other brands. Tell us the separator model and which lubricant the compressor runs, because the media has to match the fluid.

  • Can you hold parts for our maintenance schedule?

Yes. If your team does its own maintenance, we can plan parts against your service intervals so the right elements are on the shelf before each one is due, rather than ordered after a failure. Call (844) 310-8665 to set it up.
